1.0 Decals

All decals will be made out of 3-5 year quality vinyl. Colour shades on multi coloured stickers may vary slightly to the vinyl used. All decals will have the dimensions stated. There is a no returns policy for decals purchased in error. All decals will be checked for quality before being posted. They will be packaged properly to avoid damage in the post.

1.1 Shipping & Handling

All orders will be posted out on the next day following payment. All orders will be posted with Royal Mail. Smaller decals will be sent 1st class standard (1-2 working days), bigger decals will be sent by standard parcel (3-5 working days). We will not be held responsible for problems with Royal Mail. If there are any problems with the postage of your item, such as vinyl stock, we will contact you via e-mail .All orders will be sent to the postal address on your payment, unless you state otherwise. All decals will be properly packaged and checked for quality before being dispatched.

1.2 Payments

Payments will be made via paypal, this includes payments made with major credit cards as well as paypal accounts. We are not held responsible for problems with paypal. When purchasing via paypal you agree to their terms and conditons. When paying with cheque consider that the cheque has to be received, and then it has to clear, therefore it will take longer to recieve your goods. We will not be held responsible for unauthorised transaction on this website.

1.3 Data protection

JB Decals only see your name and address, its only paypal who see your payment details so your data is protected. Your date is confidential, and will not be sent or sold to any third party.
